A spatial structure that will stimulate debate and act as a creative instrument to navigate paths to the future. The strong, clear, message of the structure is one of a group of empowered citizens acting collectively as a community to create a cohesive whole, one of cooperation and (unconditional) hospitality.

The pavilion is mobile, meaning that it can move between spaces and be effective in communicating at multiple social/cultural critical intersections.
